Standard production lead times for branded orders: 5 – 7 working days from approval of artwork unless otherwise specified or arranged. Artwork takes a 48 – 72 hours to compile. For urgent orders, please notify your sales consultant of your required delivery date, they will check with production and confirm with you. Please request this confirmation in writing.

** Please note that the above lead times do not include the delivery time to locations outside of Gauteng. Delivery may add 3 – 5 working days to the total lead time. Please consult with a sales representative.

You will receive a digital proof of the items. We are also able to produce pre-production samples. Please note that an extra charge applies to these and the lead time on samples may be from 3 to 7 working days.

Yes we do, depending on the time frame. If it is achievable, we will help. If not, we will contact you and let you know. Please always request a written confirmation form your sales consultant.

Once the order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations. If branding has not commenced, stock may be returned with a 25% return fee payable.

Any stock issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Yes, however, not all products are available in our showroom, please enquire with your sales person, if we don’t have it, we will order it in for you, it only takes a few days.

MOQ is an acronym which stands for minimum order quantity and refers to the minimum amount that can be ordered from a supplier. For example, if a supplier advertises a MOQ of 1,000 units, you must be able to purchase at least 1,000 units to be able to deal with that supplier. This typically applies to our Typo range of products or custom-made products.

A minimum order value is the smallest Rand value that is required for an order to be placed. For unbranded stock, our minimum order value is R500 excluding VAT, for branded stock it is R2000 excluding VAT.

A set-up fee applied to the set-up of the branding machine for your printed order. Eg. The screen for a screen print must be exposed, positives must be printed., etc. All this is done for every new order placed.

Delivery charges are quoted based on weight volume and address. For multiple locations, your delivery charges will be calculated accordingly.

We make use of standard economy courier rates. This varies based on your location, but the general guide is 3 – 5 working days.
